Eat Seattle is dedicated to making people happy through food and fun. After a year living in Europe, I have a newfound appreciation for our food in the Northwest. Seattleites have some of the freshest, organic ingredients, not to mention sustainable, in the world. We want to serve this up (literally) to locals and tourists on a silver platter. The best of the best! All tours and classes are designed to give a chef's perspective on Seattle starting with a visit to artisanal vendors at our famous Pike Place Market.
