My goal is simple: help the people in our community prosper and create jobs by focusing on policies that help not hinder the people served, and seek funding for critical needs like public safety, education, and transportation. Moreno Valley citizens want opportunities to expand businesses, access good paying jobs, educate and raise families safely, and realize a bright, secure future for seniors, children, and grandchildren.
I have 27 years experience working for the City of Moreno Valley preparing and submitting recommendations to the budget process, forecasting future capital spending, and participated for several years as a member of the budget committee. For the past 7 years I have served as a Supervisory Committee Member at our local credit union on base. My prior experience includes 15 years with the District Attorneys Office as a supervisor in the criminal division. I would bring my diverse knowledge of the city culture, knowledge being a resident, and concerns as a small business owner. Moreno Valley is home to the world’s most hard-working people, yet we’re crushed by high taxes and unemployment, plus the nation’s worst business climate for jobs. I respectfully ask for your vote.
