Elevé Weddings
Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering Elevé for your big day! There are many different questions you may have about cakes and desserts, and we will do our best to help you receive the wedding dessert of your dreams! Elevé offers wedding cakes, cupcakes, and dessert bars and will work closely with you to design the dessert package of your needs.

Wedding Cakes

Our basic, tiered wedding cakes start at $4.50 a slice. Custom Designs, fondant, and other specialty details are additional.

Basic wedding cake flavors we offer are white/vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, banana, almond, and raspberry. Gourmet wedding cake flavors are date, carrot, coconut, coconut-lime, and lavender. If you do not see a flavor you are looking for, please do not hesitate to ask.

Basic Wedding cake fillings are buttercream, lemon curd, pastry creme, chocolate ganache, banana, strawberry, and raspberry. Fresh fruit fillings are available by season and are an additional cost.

Basic frostings are buttercream, swiss meringue, and cream cheese.

Cupcakes

Our wedding cupcakes are sold by the dozen and come in regular and mini sizes. Basic, regular cupcakes start at $35/dozen and basic, mini cupcakes start at $25/dozen. Mini cupcakes have a minimum order of two dozen per flavor. Custom designs, fondant, specialty sprinkles, fillings, and other specialty items are an additional cost.

Basic wedding cupcake flavors are vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, banana, and raspberry. Gourmet wedding cupcake flavors are Carrot, coconut, coconut-lime, gluten free chocolate, and lavender.

Dessert Bars

Our dessert bars are customized to specific order.

Items offered in our dessert bar are: chocolate dipped pretzel sticks, s’mores pops, candied bacon s’mores pops, cookies, caramels, candies, chocolates, assorted tarts, brownies, dipped marshmallow pops, mini parfaits, creme brulee, churros, fruit bouquets, and more! Have an idea? let us know! All items are sold by the dozen with a minimum order of two dozen per dessert.

F.A.Q’s

How far in advance do I need to book my cake order?
While it is required to book a wedding cake at least one month in advance, most couples book their cake as soon as possible to secure the date- details can be worked out along the way. To secure a date, a $100 non refundable deposit is required and will be credited towards your order. The longer you wait to order, the less chance the date will be available!

I have no idea what style of cake I want! Where do I start?
We suggest browsing internet sites such as Pinterest and our Elevé Facebook page for ideas. Wedding cakes are normally done in the wedding colors, or basic white. Giving us some ideas you like and some wedding color samples is very helpful in sketching out your cake.

How many cupcakes should I order?
We suggest ordering 1.5-2 cupcakes per person and 2-3 mini cupcakes per person. For example, if you have 100 guests, you should order 150-200 cupcakes or 200-300 mini cupcakes.

How does a cake tasting work?
Our cake tastings are complimentary for the bride and groom after a deposit is placed, and include four cake flavors and four frostings, in a mix-and-match format. Additional flavor tastings can be added at a cost. Each additional person starts at $30.

Do you deliver?
Yes, for an additional cost, we deliver and set up. Price is based upon location and time.

I want real flowers on my cake- do you do that?
Yes, we work with florists to get flowers for cakes and are priced accordingly.

Do you supply cake tiers and stands?
For an additional cost, we rent our cupcake tiers and cake plates at a daily rate.

Do you supply cake toppers?
We do not supply cake toppers unless it is an edible detail.

When do I pay for my cake?
When you have decided on your cake and place your final order, a 25% deposit is required.

When is my final payment due?
Your final payment, cake details, flavors, fillings, and sizes are due 21 days before your wedding, no exceptions.

Do you offer any other types of cakes?
Yes! We offer cakes for bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and we can even cater your post wedding brunch!
