The 2015 ER Culinary Team includes Tori Morgan, Scott Cable, Jakie Studniski, Avalon Donat and Kailey Johnson. Our coach is Monique Sabby.
The Elk River Culinary Team competes in a 3 hour long competition including station set up, knife skills, mis en place and meal production. Given only 2 butane burners as our only source of heat, we are required to produce a 3 course meal in only 1 hour!!
This year we are once again the state champions and will be heading off to Anaheim, California to compete at the national competition!
During the state competition, Scott Cable won the knife skills portion and was rewarded a brand new set of knives! Congrats to Scott!
