Ellipse Fitness is not an ordinary gym, health club or fitness center. No heavy equipment, no machines and no boring day-to-day workouts routines - just fun large and small group fitness sessions all day, every day!

Results in 42 for Fat Loss and a Lean Body!
The goal is simple - Fat Loss. Together, we'll focus on a mix of Weight Training, Metabolic & Body Weight exercises combined with a specific nutrition plan for maximum fat loss. Ideally you'll train with a personal trainer 2x a week, you'll take 2 metabolic Team Training classes a week and you'll meet with your nutrition coach weekly.
Results in 42 for Transformation and to Evolve!
If you have a large amount of body fat lot lose this is the program for you. A specific program designed for people with large amounts of weight to lose to help them move better and feel better. The big focus with this program is on our support. Support is a big factor here. You'll train with a personal trainer 2x a week, you'll be in the studio for a workout 1-2 other times during the week. You'll have a group discussion with a small group 1x a week AND meet privately with a weight loss coach to work on your personal road blocks and goals.
Results in 42 for Strength!
We teach you how to LIFT. This new program will teach the basics of Weight Lifting & Power Lifting which is Squat, Deadlifting, Bench Press, The Clean & Jerk & The Snatch. We also add in challenge workouts, kettle bell training, etc. This is a new program to the repertoire and taught by a certified Olympic Lifting coach 1x per week. You'll train 2x a week with a personal trainer, one of those times will be on the dynamics and nuances of lifting. This group is limited to 4 per group.
Results in 42 for the Athlete or Weekend Warrior!
The goal is simple – Definite Improvement in your sport. Together, we'll focus on your chosen sport and your goals. Runners, Golfers, Baseball/Softball Players, Tri Athletes even Bowlers all have a certain unique body complonent that can be improved to help your game! A mix of Weight Training, Metabolic & Body Weight exercises, Stretching and Flexibility will be addressed. Ideally you'll train with a personal trainer 2x a week, you'll also work on your custom program 1-2 days a week in the training center to perfect your range of motion and form, to see visible improvements in your time, speed, endurance and strength.
Results in 42 for Size!
Time to Build! This program involves a mix of athletic training & hypertrophy (muscle building), strength training and more.
Bar training, dumb bell training, kettle bell training are the main focus. You’ll work with a trainer 2x per week with special attention to a specialized “size” program 2-3x per week. Very little if any cardio is part of this program. A supplement package will also be addressed.
Results in 42 at Appleton West is unique to other programs! You can start at any time! You won’t be limited to a “shot gun” start like some programs! You have SEVERAL choices available when it comes to time slots for training. Early am, Breakfast hour, Midday, Early evening and Evening appointments are available! Heck, we even train on Saturday and will provide home gym and travel workouts, if that’s what you need!
