The Mission of the Firefighter Cancer Support Network is to provide Fire Department members and their families an opportunity to receive assistance when dealing with cancer.

The objective of the Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) is to provide timely assistance to all fire service members and their families in the event of cancer diagnosis.

We maintain and continuously update a roster of mentors who have personal experience with many types of cancers who will personally guide you through the process of dealing with your specific illness.

The FCSN also provides awareness to fire service members and their families about the importance of cancer prevention and screening by coordinating educational opportunities with various health programs.
We do not provide legal or medical advice but can provide assistance and guidance for other support options such as behavioral health services, fire service organizations, Fire Service Chaplains, and other cancer support programs.

The Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) is continuously looking to expand our mission to provide comfort, strength and hope to active and retired members of the fire service and their immediate family who are faced with a cancer diagnosis, as well as provide cancer awareness materials, cancer prevention/educational materials to all Fire Departments across the United States and around the world.

Your willingness to share what the FCSN is providing to our fire service brothers and sisters is truly commendable. Helping us maintain a roster of experienced mentors that is continuously updated is essential so we may provide assistance to those in need. In addition to our mentor program, we are always looking for people to get involved with the program by volunteering for various committees, specialized task programs, member support activities and specialized events that we attend to share our program.
