Overview
Classes offer a workout while pushing a stroller. A stroller walk is combined with intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller. During this 60 minute class, mom achieves a total body workout and baby has fun! Stroller Strides is so much more than a fitness class, it is all about providing support and helping women succeed in their new role as moms.
