Not a walking class!!! Stroller Strides is like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost and please BYOB (bring your own baby) in a stroller!
Class schedule is as follows. All classes start promptly at 9:15am and are 1 hour long! We're inside if it "feels" below 45 degrees or above 85 degrees and/or precipitating; otherwise, we are our outside!

Please be ready to exercise (and sweat)! Bring water to keep cool and hydrate. Bring a yoga mat or towel for ab work at the end of class. Bring snacks, drinks, toys, etc. for your child(ren) in case they need it during class.
