We are a full-service gymnastics, tumble and cheerleading program specializing in correct technique beginner-elite level tumbling through advanced levels of competitive gymnastics. We also offer cheer choreography. We work with Shoals area cheer squads either at our facility or at your school. Pre-School gymnastics ages 18 months and up is also a program we offer. We are a USAG member club with additional individual professional and safety certified coaches and instructors.

Our schedule is based on skill level (not ages) and we provide professional instruction in pre-school gymnastics at area day schools as well as at our facilities in Russellville and Florence. Competitive gymnastics team offered as well. Please call for details.
