Sherwood & Myrtie Foster's Home for Children was established in 1960, in Stephenville, Texas. Foster's Home is a Licensed Residential Group Home, licensed by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Foster's Home is a part of the Sanctuary® Network, http://thesanctuaryinstitute.org/, and currently in the process of the first round of Certification.
