Fox Subacute is a skilled nursing facility in PA that specializes in pulmonary, neurological, and rehabilitative care for patients with degenerative neurological and neuromuscular disease; and pulmonary care and ventilator requirements with an emphasis on vent weaning. Fox is a spinal cord injury treatment center, brain injury treatment center, and offers short and long term rehabilitation services customized to each patient’s individual needs.
