Franklin Barn Market is a new annual event bringing together a mix of home decor vendors, artisans and fun on a beautiful picturesque Franklin property.

We were nothing short of blessed to have been able to purchase this property in Franklin, Tennessee. This was the home of the late Carl Smith, a country legend of the 50's, 60's & 70's. We have been diligently working to reveal the beauty of this 40 acre site and its two ponds, creek, horse stable, 8,400 square foot enclosed arena and gently rolling fields. We have opened our property to host events such as an annual upscale barn market called "Franklin Barn Market". This is a ticketed event where 25% of all ticket sales will be donated back into our community in an effort to help others.

Come and experience the Franklin Barn Market located at beautiful Willowbrook Farm in Franklin, TN. This is an annual event that offers a unique home, décor and garden shopping extravaganza.

At this fun event you will find vintage wares, unique finds, shabby chic, antiques, artisans, specialty foods and blooms, all while enjoying the southern hospitality distinctly offered by Franklin, TN.

Head out to find that perfect home decor item that you didn't know you were missing OR better yet, grab a bunch of friends and come enjoy the farm views, shopping and fun times that only an event such as this can offer. Be sure to come hungry and enjoy a gourmet bistro style lunch together.

We have gathered a wonderful group of vendors for this year. One of the best things about this type of sale is the one on one contact with the shop/booth owner and shopper. I have met some amazing vendors through hosting this barn sale and in my humble opinion you don't want to miss meeting any one of these vendors in person on July 18th & 19th.
