Froedtert Health Hometown Pharmacy - West Bend is proud to serve West Bend and the surrounding communities!

Froedtert Health Hometown Pharmacy, formerly West Bend Pharmacy, has been part of the Hometown family since July of 2011. We are located on the corner of W Paradise Dr and S 18th avenue. Our pharmacy has been a part of this community for over 30 years and is proud to be an important part of West Bend. Many of the staff members are residents of the town and are actively involved in the community with events such as Relay for Life. We also work with students from Concordia’s School of Pharmacy, helping them learn key skills for becoming pharmacists and teaching the best patient care possible.

As the staff at Froedtert Health Hometown Pharmacy, we take pride in getting to know our patients and making sure we can help you get the most out of your experience here. We hope to help people in the community by offering services such as immunizations, Medicare Part D assistance, medication profile reviews, blister packaging of medications, and home deliveries. We also work closely with the Froedtert staff at the West Bend Clinic along with Home Care Medical, a durable medical equipment business located within our store. We will gladly work with you to help you however we can!
