Ginger Buffet is a Chinese and Japanese All-You-Can-Eat Buffet located in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

We have a huge variety of foods you can select, with a Hibachi Grill and a Sushi Bar. You can choose either Carry Out, or Dine In to eat inside our restaurant. Lunch will be during 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM for $6.99 Monday through Saturday, Brunch on Sundays for $7.99, and Dinner will be from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM for $9.99. There will be a 10% Discount to any military person. Senior Day, for seniors ages 65 and up, is every Wednesday and they get 20% Off and 10% Off all other days. There also is a Party room available and we do take reservations if you call ahead.
