Candidate Statement
My name is Glenn Fitzgerald Jacobs and I am asking for your support and vote for City Councilman in District 2. I am a teacher, Assistant Principal, coach and mentor in Moreno Valley for 20 years. I've enjoyed my children attending our schools and through my tenure in Moreno Valley I have worked at all six middle schools giving me a wider perspective of issues citywide. I started my career as a financial consultant for Smith Barney and later Dean Witter. Then I transitioned to the Riverside Sheriff's Department until I found my calling serving our youth. I believe Moreno Valley is a great place to live and work. Somehow our image has been tarnished and I am hoping to be provided an opportunity to serve you and help fix that image. I bring proven leadership, I am invested in our community and bottom-line is, District 2 I will fight for you! I will support the majority of my constituents on issues and I am a new look and a fresh start. I am pro-union, pro-law enforcement, pro-schools and pro-Moreno Valley! I now humbly request your support and I need your vote to become our City Councilman of District 2.
