Haleakala Waldorf High School is currently accepting applications for grades nine, ten, eleven, and twelve of the 2015/16 school year.
At Haleakala Waldorf School, we are proud to be part of Hawai’i, the “Aloha State,” shining in the middle of the Pacific ocean as an example of the caring, compassion, appreciation and tolerance towards others we will need to thrive in the 21st century global community.
Haleakala Waldorf School has been in the Maui educational landscape for over forty years. We serve students pre-K thru grade 12 on two campuses: Pre-K-8 in Kula, and Maui's only Waldorf High School is located on the grounds of the Hui No'eau art institute, where we offer a full college preparatory program.
Haleakala Waldorf High School's rigorous academic curriculum is infused with the arts and founded on the internationally recognized Waldorf approach to learning. Focused on the needs of the individual learner, the Waldorf liberal arts approach trains thinking, cultivates imagination, and focuses on real-world skills. We engage students in the activity of learning.
