Welcome to Harcrow Longhorns. We are located in south central Oklahoma. In Tishomingo. We are conveniently located two hours south of Oklahoma City and two hours north of Dallas, near lake Texoma.
We would not have ever thought of raising cattle had it not been for the Texas Longhorn. We love the cattle, the history, the only cattle considered native to the United States. We raise them to help preserve these wonderful animals, because of their longevity, their ability to breed and multiply where the English fat cattle would die. They are disease and parasite resistant. We do worm and vaccinate all our cattle, but I believe you can raise quality Longhorns without medication needed for other major breeds of cattle.
