Harvest Church International Outreach was founded in October 1986 by Dr. Steve Houpe and is a thriving ministry in Kansas City, Mo. God has given Pastor Houpe a mandate to launch ministries in other cities. Harvest Church West Branch was the first of these planted churches in Topeka, Kansas. Pastor Tony Stanley is the Pastor and Dr. Rita Stanley, First Lady of this growing, community based church. Services are currently being held at Eisenhower Middle School in anticipation of moving into the permanent building at 3200 SE Indiana in Fall 2014!
