Haylee's Boutique was created by myself, a mother of two. I'm a stay at home mom and what was my hobby turned into my passion and my job. My daughter, Haylee, has inspired me to find launch Haylee's Boutique with trendy and affordable accessories. All orders placed now whave an approximate turn around time of 3-5 business days, as this is a busier time for me. *All invoices MUST be paid before any custom order will be worked on. All custom orders are completely in the order in which they were paid in. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice or it will be cancelled. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Payments accepted via PayPal. You may also order directly from our website www.hayleesboutique.com ~ Local customers are allowed to pay cash. We are a verified PayPal account. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay an invoice. If for some reason you do not use Etsy to shop and we have to send an invoice to you, you will have 24 HOURS to pay the invoice otherwise it will be CANCELLED.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on any items. I do my best to maintain the highest level of customer service; however, when ordering please be sure to read the description(s) on item(s). If there is a problem with your order, please notify me as soon as you can so I can correct the issue. No refunds will be given; however, store credit will be applied for use towards a future purchase.
