WHAT IS THERAPEUTIC RIDING -- Who would benefit from therapeutic riding? People with psychological, cognitive, emotional, and social disabilities may use equine assisted activities, adapted as needed - as a recreation and leisure experience. The emphasis is on an enjoyable and relaxing experience that provides additional therapeutic benefits in the areas of socialization, posture, mobility, and an overall improved quality of life. Individuals may participate in horse-related activities to their maximum ability in an atmosphere of support, structure, and socialization for the primary purpose of the intrinsic enjoyment of the activity.

Healing With Horses promotes Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) and has over 50 years combined equine experience. We offer "Healing With Horses" Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Therapy in the styles of Dressage, English or Western which includes Equine Safety and General Horse Care. We bring the New World of Horsemanship to YOU. We are about Emotional, Psychological and Spiritual Healing which inludes Recovery of any kind. We promote Equine Assisted Learning and Communication.

We teach people of all ages and walks of life to learn how to bond and communicate with horses. We offer a wide variety of Session Packages and Lessons Packages in one half to one hour sessions. We design a complete package of private sessions for individuals with our team of Counselors, Physicians and Nurses working side by side with our Advanced, Experienced and Certified Staff who all offer a variety of Unique Equine Backgrounds. With the help of our Four-Legged Therapists who are gentle, well mannered and patient with Children, Beginners and Experienced Equestrians.
