Welcome to Merge Nutrition and Wellness, were you’ll find support to reach your goals and live your dreams. Our certified wellness coaches will start you on a journey to success. First you'll meet with your wellness coach and have a Full Health Assessment. This scan will provide a accurate weight, body fat %, body water %, Lean Muscle Mass, BMR/RMR, metabolic age, bone mass, and visceral fat levels. You'll also be provided with inches from the core areas including your right bicep, chest, waist upper and lower, hips and right thigh. Next we identify and set your goals, then we support you daily to reach these goals.
