Heart to Heart Charity is a non profit organization created to assist low income families.
Heart to Heart Charity is ran by Tammie & Stan Werner and Kathy & Larry Weston. The charity was established in honor of Tammie's grandma Nellie Elizabeth Weston. Nellie had 7 children and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Her legacy of love lives on through all that knew her and loved her.
