For those who need just a little assistance there are the Legacy Living apartments. Legacy Living means comfortable retirement living, the companionship of good friends, with assistance as needed. Legacy Living enables residents to enjoy personal freedom and to maintain their independence.

The Shinnick Center is a place of wellness and the perfect alternative to a nursing home. Shinnick Center serves greater Zanesville by offering a caring place to rest, relax and recuperate.

Garden Suites require a very small entrance equal to one month’s rental. For Legacy Living and Shinnick Center there is absolutely no entrance fee, no money down or deposit of any sort. You rent month to month and come and go as you please.
