High Quality Mortgage, is an independently owned mortgage brokerage firm, renowned for customer service and quality real estate programs.

High Quality Mortgage was founded in 2015 by John V. Fornino and Matthew D. DiBrino.

John V. Fornino began his career in the mortgage Industry, in 2002 when he was just 21 years old. During that first year he was named Top Producer of the month 4 times and in 2004 was, just two years into his career, he was the number one producer. This is an accolade that he continued to carry throughout his career. In 2004 he took his talents to Citizen’s Financial Mortgage where he was in charge of day to day operations as well as managing and training a team in which he was a team leader. In 2008 John opened his own mortgage company, of which yet again he was the top producer for each year. In 2015 he joined High Quality Mortgage as its President, in charge of day to day operations and sales coordinator. John has an outstanding reputation as an intelligent and creative problem solver, always able to deliver on his promises. He is a parishioner at Our Lady of Consolation and he also donates his time to youth athletics in his hometown of Wayne, where he currently resides with his Wife and two children. John is happy to announce that his family is expecting a baby girl in July of 2015.

Matthew D. DiBrino recently received his Mortgage Broker and Loan Originator’s License, however his 13 years as a practicing Real Estate Attorney, gives him a background that is unmatched in this industry. Having been on both the seller’s side and purchaser’s sides of real estate transactions for over 13 years, rarely a situation arises in which Matthew has not dealt with. His ability to take sometimes confusing documents and terms and explain them to clients in their simplest form has proven to be an extreme comfort to High Quality Mortgage clients. As owner of his private law practice for the past 10 years, Matthew excels in personalized customer service and his strong attention to detail as well as his detailed knowledge of the recent changes in the Banking Industry laws and practices. Matthew has dedicated his free time to youth athletics, coaching both Basketball and Football in hometown of Woodland Park
