The name Hillside Dairy is in memory of my Great Grandfather Alex Baronas who immigrated from Lithuania at the turn of the turn of the 19th century and for over 5 decades had one of the finest dairy farms in the Pioneer Valley. Although the cows are long gone, it is our goal to provide the finest quality dairy and food items with as many products from local farmers that we can muster.
