If you like pizza you need to come try our hand kneaded and hand tossed thin crust neapolitan style pizza cooked in our brick oven.

We believe in slow food cooked hot, so we take our time hand kneading our pizza dough everyday, then we refrigerate it to slow the fermentation process. This step allows the dough to develop it's full flavor overnight. When you order your pie, we hand toss the dough and add our delicious homemade garlic red sauce, our three cheese blend and your choice of delicious ingredients before we cook it in our 700 degree brick oven. Then we serve it hot to you.

We cater. You bring your friends. We will bring one of our mobile pizza making trailers and cook up some incredible pizza for you. We know how to feed a party.
