Hudson Fire Explorer Post 551 is an organization out of Hudson, N.H. Its members are ages 14-21 who are interested in becoming Career, Volunteer, orCall Firefighters. We train our members on various levels of the Fire Service. Some of our senior members also spend time at the fire house and are allowed to ride on the trucks, where they respond to a number of different incidents. They also can learn from the firefighters that are on duty, who take the time to teach the Explorers about the trucks and how they work. The Explorers also help out when they are not at the firehouse by volunteering to assist with events that can help out the fire department and the community
