Huntington Learning Center provides tutoring in reading, writing, mathematics, and related areas, as well as tutoring services for SAT prep, PSAT prep, and ACT test preparation.

Academic skills are the stepping stones to success for kids of all grade levels and ages. Because each student is different, we begin with a thorough academic evaluation to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses. We then meet with the parents privately to review the results and to recommend a personalized program of instruction. Our unique tutoring programs have been proven to build skills, confidence, and motivation.

For students struggling with a specific subject, we can help. Using the student's own textbooks and in-class materials, our specialized tutors are able to concentrate on the areas that need work. Programs are available for middle school through college students who need help with subjects including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, earth science, biology, chemistry, and physics. We can also help with Spanish, any level language arts or English class, writing, and social studies.

Exam Prep (ACT, SAT/PSAT) and state-testing prep programs are available in a personalized one-to-one setting.

All Huntington tutoring programs include ongoing consultations with our professional staff to help parents and students track progress. With your permission, we can visit the schools to review the student's performance. We also offer flexible scheduling to meet the needs of families' busy schedules.

Huntington Learning Center Worthington is accredited through MSA CESS, Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, and Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools. This means that we have demonstrated that we are effectively advancing the quality of educational experiences we offer our students and meet the responsibilities to the public and the profession of education. We also comply with the standards for accreditation that are established by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, subject to the terms of accreditation maintenance set by the Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
