Hello! And thank you for joining me on my business page.
For those of you that don't know me, or would like a quick refresher, here's Irina 101:
Born in Russia, moved to US in 98. Have lived in Oregon for most of my US life, although did move out to Denver for a few months, San Diego (yes I followed a boy), Spokane (you guessed it, I didn't learn my lesson first time)...but Oregon has always been my true home.
I love Portland, I consider myself a true Oregonian and as cheesy as it might sound, but I light up when I tell out of town folks about MY town.
I've done it all: my first job was at Dairy Queen (I think I still have a semi controlled addiction to their chocolate dipped in chocolate cones), worked at a bank, retail, airlines, bar tended, worked at a day care, served delicious food (if you are ever in Post Falls Idaho, you HAVE to go to White House Grill its amazing)....last few years were spent working in an Emergency Room (oh the stories I have...).
I've gone to school, I was going for a degree I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to pursue...that's when I had to stop and ask myself, what was it that I absolutely loved to do?
I am not sure how real estate wasn't a clear choice from the beginning. My goal has always been to help people, I absolutely love meeting new people, working for myself is a dream come true.
Hello Real Estate! My dream job!
Now its time for me to tell you why you should hire me. That's one of those "tell us why you're the best candidate" questions on a resume, always felt a little awkward and fake to me. I dont like to compare myself to others. What I can tell you though is what you can expect when you working with me:
Follow up and communication is #1, I want my clients to always feel one step ahead, I don't want them wondering "what's going on" or "what's next".
I check listings at least 3 times a day for new homes on the market, so as a buyer you don't have to worry about missing anything. And as a seller, I will always be in the know for any new competition in your area.
I use social media, web etc to promote my clients as much as possible.
I have great ways of showing you homes even if you are not available to view them in person (ask me how, I'll show you a few examples)
I will do all I can to make the transaction as easy and as smooth as possible for you. I'm there from start to finish, and always available if you have any questions.
As I buyers agent I listen very carefully to my clients needs. I preview many of the homes before taking my clients there. Hiring an agent is a very personal and important decision and I take pride in knowing my clients put that kind of trust in me.
As a sellers agent it is important to get to know the home, the market around, any changes as they are happening, update my clients as soon as anything significant happens in the market. I have many great tools available for my sellers to monitor the activity on their home. As well as a great deal of resources to advertise the property on all top web sites.
Thank you for reading, and I hope to be your choice should you need any help finding/or selling your home!
p.s. in my free time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful soon to be husband and our sweet dog(s). We have one permanent resident and take in foster pups from local shelters. I am very passionate about animal welfare and rescue. I donate a portion of each one of my commission checks to a local animal rescue. Adopt don't shop :)
