Island Bar and Grill is a full service restaurant and bar that is located in the Village Shops which is just seconds from the (Hammock Shops) of Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Our restaurant and bar is open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Actually we do take one day off and that's Christmas do be with our families! We have resided at this location since 2007, and have been voted Best Bar in Sun News Reader's Choice Awards. Recently, we have renovated and expanded our outside seating to accommodate up to 90 guests, as well as, doubled our inside accommodations. We offer live music, karaoke, and most sports packages.

Since our opening in 2007, we have had countless raves on our healthy, home-style, and affordable menu items. We offer an array of appetizers which will truly meet everyone's individual tastes! Among our local favorites is the Pan Seared Sesame Tuna which is served on a bed of lettuce with our homemade soy ginger sauce and wasabi. Another favorite is our fresh grouper bites which are lightly hand breaded, grilled, or blackened, and are accompanied by a delicious cajun remoulade sauce. For the wing lover, we offer premium, jumbo wings that are fried to a crispy perfection and tossed in your favorite sauce of choice. There are 20 different flavor combinations to choose from. Our salad selections are tried and true for the health conscious guest. We stick to the basics and offer the delectable, best-selling Cobb Salad with its generous portions of mixed lettuce, rows of scrumptious grilled chicken, blue cheese, bacon, onions, tomatoes, mixed cheese, and egg with your choice of dressing. We also offer a traditional Chef, Caesar, Greek, and House salads. They can be topped with Steak, Tuna, Grouper, or Chicken for a small additional charge.

PI Upstairs BarNow to Island Bar and Grill's burgers......they are to DIE FOR!!! PI 8oz. of the highest quality Angus beef which are freshly , hand-pattied everyday and seasoned with our house seasoning. You may have your burger cooked to "your" perfect temperature and garnished with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. You can choose from sides such as, homemade chips, French fries, onion rings, tater tots, or Southern sweet potato fries.

Our prices range from $9.95 to $14.95 and are generous portions for the hungry appetite. Our most popular is a larger version of our best selling appetizer.

PI Downstairs BarOn a closing note, Island Bar and Grill provide entertainment for all ages. We have live music, karaoke, and most sport packages. There are 30 TVS and a 5 b y8 foot projector to view your favorite sport or game. Some sport packages we offer are NFL, NHL, MLB, March Madness, ESPN Gameplan, Big 10 Network, and many more. Our upstairs sports bar has a pool table , Silver Strike Bowling, Golden Tee 2014, and juke box upstairs & down.
