The year was 1964, when our company, Arko Telephone and
Communications was founded in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our
company was a Manufacturer’s Representative for General
Electric Company, Mobile Communications Division.

In September of 1991, Arko Telephone of Fort Smith changed
its name to Arko Communications and then, in 1995 due to
our growth and the fact that we were now extending our
services into other outlying communities, we had chosen to
change our name to Clear Communications, Inc..

Mr. Jimmy Eakle worked for Arko Communications from
1991-1994 before starting his own company in August 1994.
Then in November of 2004, Mr. Eakle of JE Systems, Inc.
acquired Clear Communications, Inc. and Western Arkansas
Telecom Systems, Inc.

On March 1, 2005 Clear Communications and WATS were
integrated with JE Systems, Inc.. In September 2005,
JE Systems, Inc. acquired Electronic Systems Group (ESG)
in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. In March, 2008 JE Systems,
Inc. purchased Powers of Arkansas, Security & Fire Division,
of Little Rock, AR and Mid-South Security Systems
of Fayetteville, AR.

The History of our company is undeniably a strong and
reputable presence throughout the community. Even though
the name has changed throughout the years, our pride in our
unsurpassed reputation, in installation, neatness, prompt
service response, continue service after installation, and
references received from our clients has not changed. With
offices in Fort Smith, Fayetteville, and Little Rock, Arkansas
and Tulsa, Oklahoma we are readily available to service and
meet the needs of our present and future clients.

JE Systems, Inc. provides state-of-the-art IT and Communication design, sales, support and installation for communications systems to meet a broad range of government projects and private commercial industry needs. Our work experiences including those of
