Some quick things about me & J’s Saw Dust

Refunds/Return:
When you are picking up your piece that is your chance to tell me what wrong, what you’d like fixed, if you notice something I have missed. Other than there is no refunds.

DEPOSIT:
-Any order over $100 requires half down -- non refundable -- deposit
-Change your mind before your item has been started & the deposit can go towards another item


Delivery:
I use my little brothers truck to deliever. I charge a little bit just for gas.
Ft Riley — $25
Manhattan — $10 (unless I’m already headed there)
Junction City — $30-45
Wamego — Free
Others just let me know, I may be headed that way already in the future so it’d be a bit cheaper!

Payment Method:
I would prefer cash, but I do take DEBIT (NO CREDIT) but there will be 3% charge for me being charged to use them!

How long does it take?
Normally I try to keep it between 1-2 weeks but I do have a life and sometimes that life that has a lot going on so if it takes longer than that I’ll always let you know.

Picking out Items:
I make more than just tables, and I’m in the process of getting those done and on the page. I can also make things that you find on Pinterest, in magazines and all of that. Just shoot me a picture and I’ll see what I can do.

Budgets:
I know whats its like to have a budget, so drop me a line, we can work with everybody's budget. Also keep a lookout for my oops projects. I sometimes put down the wrong color or it just didn't end up looking the way it should! I normally post those

Redoing Furniture:
No thank you! I do not want to be responsible for somebody else's furniture. But I do occasionally run into a piece I really love and I buy it and redo it, but those are to my likings! All of those items come as is. No changes!

Liability:
I am NOT responsible for any injury, harm or ANYTHING to do with any of my items once they are out of my hands. They are sold as is and the seller assumes all rights after it has left JENNA MCCOWN’s property.

My mom helps me with a lot of whats on my page so that I'm able to just message everyone back and build so keep that in mind! -- I took one woods class in middle school, other than that I’ve pretty much learned the hard way on most things!
I’m addicted to Pinterest.
I have a Golden Retriever named Tucker. He takes up a lot of my time and you’ll see him in some of the pictures because he’s a ham! A lot of the weekends when its nice we spend it the dog parks, lakes and traveling. Hes my best pal! I hope you enjoy my work & let me know what I can do to make your home better!
