Karna Fitness was developed in 2008 by Kristen Horler, founder of Baby Boot Camp (www.babybootcamp.com). As a category creator and industry leader, Horler is a contributing writer and fitness expert to numerous national fitness magazines. She is a continuing education provider for the American Council on Exercise (www.acefitness.org) with over 10 years of professional fitness experience. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, Horler earned a B.A. degree in Physical Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
Today, Horler makes her home in Sarasota, Florida with her husband and two children where she continues to develop and refine the Karna Fitness and Baby Boot Camp programs. Horler’s first book, “Baby Boot Camp: The New Moms’ 9-minute Fitness Solution” (Sterling Publishing Inc.) was published in January 2010.
