We are a small local brewpub, focused on creating an atmosphere to enjoy good beer.

The Kauai Beer Company is a neighborhood microbrewery producing small quantities of high-quality beer for sale to individuals and local restaurants. Our beer will be available in our tasting room, as well as for sale to-go in durable, refillable growlers (large stainless-steel bottles with resealable tops).

Our ultimate goal is to open a full time, restaurant in front of the brewery that creates simple, high-flavor dishes that everyone will enjoy. Foods that go great with beer, and beer that goes great with our food.
