Authentic Mexican Cuisine is a style of food that originates in Mexico. Most of the Mexican Restaurants in the US are opened and operated by Mexican Immigrants, the majority of which arrive from unfortunate social provinces. Thus causing a lack of knowledge and economic possibilities that destine them to cook and showcase a “Mexican Food” that is most known today as TEX-MEX.
