L and C Construction is a residential, commercial, and industrial general contractor. We do most jobs with carpentry, home remodel, and repair around most of SouthEast Texas.

We believe the homeowner has a say in what they are spending
money on. We will not tell people what to do and expect the
homeowner/property owner to just agree...your input is a valuable
part of the job! We are a company that will assist you, the
homeowner/property owner, if you need our guidance and/or help
in any way. We believe in a cost-effective solution to what people are
looking for in a home remodel/carpentry company.
The owner has been doing remodel/carpentry work many years; his
Grandfather put him and his brother on tools when they were 14
years old and taught them to do carpentry work for many years
while they grew through their teens. The owner was taught the right
way to do remodels, repair, and rebuild in a residential environment.
As the owner grew older, his knowledge in the remodel of a home
quickly expanded into the commercial experience. Mr. Sheffield is
considered one of best you can find in this business. The owner
believes that people deserve a well planned job that doesn't waste
money; he works in a very-cost effective setting and believes the
homeowner/proprty owner should be involved in the job from start
to finish. The owner has the capability to offer plans for kitchens and
bath remodels if the homeowner/property owner needs help with
planning.
The company is operated by the owner and he has the ability to
bring in subcontractors on the job if needed. The owner WILL ONLY
hire skilled tradespeople who also work like he does; there is no
room for hiring people who do not work like the owner expects...that
is a company guarantee. There are many construction companies
who hire people not fit to hold their tools, our tradespeople are
guaranteed by the business owner to be qualified to work on your
property and who will satisfy your expectations.
