Stephen J. Moran has been a licensed Realtor with Mary Allen Realty, Inc. on Long Beach Island, NJ since 1999. He was one of the first LBI agents to become a certified e-PRO Internet Marketing Professional by the National Association of Realtors and was recently certified by the NAR as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.
He has been involved with South Jersey Shore real estate and LBI vacation properties since 1992. He first worked as a freelance real estate photojournalist and reporter for The Press of Atlantic City prior to becoming a full time reporter and Ocean County Bureau Chief at the paper. After graduate school, he returned to the area as the editor of the Times Beacon Newspapers' Special Sections, including Real Estate Monthly, and was the founder of its award-winning real estate Web site before joining Mary Allen Realty, Inc. as an agent and Webmaster.
He holds an Associate Degree in Humanities/Photography from Morris County (NJ) College, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Rutgers University and a Masters in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.
