Leadership Mendocino’s Objectives:
• Systematically inform, challenge and educate the participants regarding the opportunities and needs of the community, as well as the dynamics of social and economic challenge.
• Create dialogue and rapport among the participants and existing community leadership to enhance participant’s management and leadership skills.
• Develop a spirit of commitment to the community that will shape the future of Mendocino County.
• Assist in identifying organizational and individual opportunities for community involvement.

Anyone who lives in Mendocino County can submit an application to take the class. If you live outside Mendocino County but work within Mendocino County, you may also apply.
