A local area program that enhances leadership skills and opportunities for West Liberty, Iowa

As part of We Lead's Leadership Development, Leadership West Liberty (LWL)provides a number of events and activities that foster individual and group leadership. LWL offers an eight-month course that teaches leadership skills and introduces students to other leaders in the local area. Utilizing a transformational model, the course engages individuals in the development of their own leadership abilities. LWL Alumni continue their volunteer activities after the course, meeting together and engaging in other leadership events.
