The staff of the museum is made up of volunteers available to guide visitors and help with research. The Historian, with the help of staff, carries out the Society's mission to preserve and index all the museum's historical records and artifacts. Over 136 donors have contributed items to the museum. Included is the second largest collection in existence of Holling Clancey Holling's work. Reference sections include Leslie Local Independent and a few Leslie Local Republican books, Leslie Weekly Guardian papers, map, genealogy information, Histories of Michigan and area towns, some school year books and files on a variety of topics.
