Livermore Performance Chiropractic provides the most precise soft-tissue and biomechanical analysis to evaluate your condition. The primary soft-tissue technique used is Active Release Techniques (ART). A combination of treatment protocols consisting of Active Release Techniques, chiropractic adjustments, and therapeutic exercise contributes in the recovery of common musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Thomas A. Livermore began his pre-chiropractic education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. There he studied with an emphasis on anatomy, biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physiology.
After completing the required course work at MSU, he was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Livermore studies included anatomy/physiology, chemistry, neuromusculoskeletal examination, radiology (X-Ray), diagnosis, case management, and chiropractic technique. While attending school, he worked in the college rehabilitation clinic and sports injury department. His position allowed him to focus on biomechanical evaluation with an emphasis on gait and functional movement pattern. The combination of appropriate evaluation, chiropractic adjustment, and active therapies (exercises) provided fast and effective results for patients.
“My practice philosophy is to be a great listener, and explain the specific condition to meet the needs of each individual. Our goal is to help patients recover quickly from their injuries to improve health performance.”
