All of the produce here is 100% organic. No pesticides, herbicides or cyanides used on our crops. You may ask how do we get our food to be bug free and so delicious? That is where the llamas come in! We use fresh manure from our little llama and alpaca family (currently PePe, Pumpkin, Angelica and Abigail) as fertilizer for our crops and keep it thriving by enclosing it in an electric fence. What we plant here depends on a variety of things such as soil compatibility, bugs and temperament but even with careful planning there is no guarantee that all crops will make it successfully to your basket each week. Availability of certain items may change on a weekly basis (it makes us sad too) but nature has its ways!
