Loft Mountain Wayside and Camp Store is located in the South District of the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.
Outdoor enthusiasts can thrive here at Loft with miles and miles of trails, waterfalls, wildlife, designated Wilderness areas, camping and backcountry backpacking. Traverse the Appalachian Trail as it passes through the park and directly beside the Loft Mountain campground and camp store.
Stop and stretch your legs or rest from a day on the trail. Grab a bite to eat and a blackberry milkshake at the grill, enjoy a picnic on the deck, then stop by the gift shop on your way out for that must have souvenir or collectable.
Stay awhile! Loft Mountain campground offers some of the best camping in the park. Come check out our newly renovated camp store! We carry the essential grocery and gear items you may need including firewood and ice so you can enjoy your time at camp or on the trail. Shower and laundry facilities are available to campers and visitors.
