Lori's School of Dance offers a variety of dance classes including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, funky tap, pointe, lyrical/contemporary, modern and musical theater. Our school year begins in September and finishes early June with a Dance Recital at East Islip High School. Recital classes are offered for anyone ages 3 and up. Along with recital classes we have a small competition team that competes throughout the spring. Students, ages 10-18 are able to audition for competition pieces.
We are a small studio with dedicated and highly trained teachers who all possess a passion for dance. At Lori's School of Dance we hope to build a love of the arts, as well as a well rounded dancer. We challenge our students to be creative and expressive, while still learning a very disciplined art form. Most of all we want to encourage a love of dance.
