We’re Julian and Jess and we do grilled cheese.

The grilled cheese sandwich is a beautiful thing, isn’t it? It’s comfort food at its finest. Simple, honest, and delicious, and always made with love. We’re committed to bring you the very best in artisan grilled cheese using the freshest and most flavorful ingredients available.

Believe it or not, our relationship started with a grilled cheese. We’d stand over the griddle and concoct new flavor combinations. Some of them never made it past the test kitchen. The rest? Well, they’re on the menu. These days, we don’t taste alone. Our son Ty serves up his input--and you’ll probably see him peddling samples whenever the truck is near.

We serve artisan grilled cheese sandwiches. Melty goodness featuring your favorite fromage (and some surprises!) crammed between two slices of thick-cut homestyle bread from Terranetti's Italian Bakery in Mechanicsburg and grilled to crispy and gooey perfection. We also serve up frozen beverages like milkshakes, frozen cappuccinos and creamsicles.
