We are a dynamic duo that has been raised on Long Island and we love our home. The Maidens realize the importance of shopping local and supporting our community. We have seen many a local business go ghost in the recent past. The Maidens decided it would be our mission to help out local Long Island small business owners and artisans stay afloat by giving them a platform to advertise and showcase their products. That is how Maiden Long Island was born.
Maiden Long Island loves repurposing every day items that normally would get thrown away, (upcycling for those unfamiliar with the term). We see the beauty in even the most mundane of objects and do our best bring out it's inner beauty in our own personal crafts. Maiden selects each artist/business very carefully to make sure that they respect our values and practices.

Maiden Long Island started out as a small market in the loft space of a store and has grown in to a shop of its very own. Recently we had the opportunity to move in to a bigger space affording us the opportunity to invite more artisans into our shop. It has been a blast to see our dreams grow in such a short time.

We welcome the opportunity to network with other businesses and artisans to create a lasting relationships and further our mission to replenish Long Island communities.
