Finance: Partnerships with Federal and State legislatures, foundations and other grant programs generated over $50M for the City
Public Safety: Established Public Safety Team with Police, Fire, Emergency Management, Harbormaster, and Health
Public Services: Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Plant projects are at nearing 80% completion
Energy: City became a State Designated Green Community with annual grant allocations to improve energy efficiencies in city buildings
Technology: Major upgrade in municipal IT moving into the 21st century that included hardware, software and new phone system
