Welcome to Mel’s Mobile Fitness, where people of all fitness levels will find a home. Our approach to fitness is to create a fun, vibrant atmosphere in various locations throughout the community, both indoors and out! A supportive coach will always assist you with your individual needs and long-term fitness goals. We do this through varied formats of physical movement in boot camp classes, running groups, nutritional counseling, and one-on one- training.
