We are the Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement Program at Mendocino College, we're also 1st generation college students in STEM majors.

The MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement) Program provides math, engineering, computer science and science majors academic help so that they can excel and transfer to a four year institution in these majors. MESA is supported by industry so students can learn firsthand about career options, special scholarships and internships.
Mendocino College has a MESA center that is intended for quiet study, tutoring, academic excellence workshops and group study. We have computers, calculator check-out, a microwave and refrigerator for student use.
We also have a MESA club that fundraises to give a student scholarship at the end of each year, the club also helps students get leadership skills by having elected officers.
