Meridian Fitness & Wellness Jackson is a state-of-the-art 28,000 square foot total wellness facility located within Meridian Health Village.

Meridian Fitness & Wellness Jackson, which opened in 2014, is the most recent addition to the Tilton Fitness family of health clubs. The spacious 28,000 square foot facility boasts two floors of state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment as well as Private and Small Group Training areas and multiple fitness studios including Group Exercise, Spinning and Pilates. Meridian Fitness & Wellness Jackson is also home to a Junior Olympic Aquatics Center featuring a 3-lane lap pool, whirlpool and co-ed dry sauna with dedicated pool locker room facilities. In addition to Youth Programming and Swim Lessons, our Jackson location also offers babysitting services (ages 6 months and older) at our Kids’ Club. When you finish your workout, relax with an all-natural veggie or fruit shake at our full-service Recovery Zone Juice Bar. As a medically based facility, members also have access to the Meridian Health Medical Advisory Board of physicians and on-site Exercise Physiologists and Certified Personal Trainers.
